Cancellation and Refund Policy
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, the Website will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User due to: (i) Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or (ii) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or (iv) Illegitimacy of the payment methods (credit/debit card frauds etc.) being used by a user (v) Decline of transaction for any other reason(s).
Once Payments done are cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be issued only when transactions are aborted due to some server error either on bank side and merchant’s server and money gets debited from the user account. The user contact/requests the merchant to issue the refund. Whenever the merchant issued refunds to the particular user, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
